Salmon fillets are oven-poached in white wine & lemon juice, sprinkled with green onion, parsley, whole cloves, seasoned salt & lemon pepper.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon filets
  • Whole cloves
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
 
Method

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking pan with aluminum foil and have enough to cover top of salmon. Place salmon filets in baking pan. Pour on white wine and lemon juice. Sprinkle on seasoned salt and place cloves all over salmon. Add lemon pepper and dot butter on top of salmon. Sprinkle parsley on top of salmon. Sprinkle on green onions. Cover top of salmon loosely with foil and bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
