Asian Salmon Packet

This recipe for one wraps a salmon fillet, butter, soy sauce & lemon juice in a foil packet to grill. You can increase the number of servings as desired.
 

Ingredients

  • One 4 oz salmon fillet
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Generous shake of Mrs. Dash seasoning

Method

Place salmon in foil packet along with the rest of ingredients. Close foil packet and place on grill; cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until salmon turns slighty white and flakes easily with a fork.
