This flavorful marinade of soy sauce, grated gingerroot and garlic may be used for salmon, chicken or pork.
Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour over salmon in a gallon-size zipper-lock plastic bag. Marinate 2-4 hours in fridge, turning occasionally.
Remove salmon from marinade. Place salmon in baking dish in a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
