|1 can||Whole Water Chestnuts|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
Cut scallops in half. Slice bacon lengthwise into strips. Drain water chestnuts. Place one water chestnut on each scallop piece; wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on a greased cookie sheet; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Broil for 10-15 minutes until bacon is cooked. May also bake at 300 degrees.
