Baked Salmon

This simple recipe has salmon fillet coated with oil, sprinkled with green onion and sesame seeds, and baked.
 

Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 ounces fresh salmon fillet
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 to 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Aluminum foil

Method

Rinse the salmon in cold water. Place the olive oil in a baking dish, then place the fish, skin side up, on top of the oil. Turn fish and place skin side down. Sprinkle fish with desired amount of sesame seeds and green onions. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, or till fish is done.

 

Notes: Quick and Easy Meal. Delicious, moist, and yummy. This can be served with rice and broccoli. Very healthy and low- calorie meal. Good protein for the brain.
