
Shrimp are marinated in a flavorful blend of grated ginger, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, orange marmalade and seasonings, and then grilled.
Soak wooden skewers in a large bowl of water. In a large bowl, combine marinade ingredients and whisk together. Add shrimp and cover with marinade. Refrigerate up to an hour. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers and grill until pink and juicy.
