Breakfast Lunch or Dinner Salmon Quiche


This meal is very versatile and very healthy. Also, it is very simple to prepare.



Ingredients:

  • 1 16 ounce egg substitute
  • 1 16 ounce can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large jar or 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

Method

Pour egg substitute into mixing bowl. Fold remaining ingredients into eggs. Pour into greased iron skillet or 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until fluffy and firm. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
