Bourbon-Honey Glaze

This simple glaze for salmon, seafood, or chicken breasts combines honey and Southern Comfort liquor, and is brushed on near the end of the grilling time to avoid burning.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup clover honey
• 1 Tbsp. Southern Comfort (liquor)
• 1 to 2 pounds Salmon fillets, or skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Method

Combine honey and Southern Comfort. This makes enough to glaze 1-2 lb. of salmon. Brush on glaze toward the end of grill time.

Notes: A very simple recipe, this can be used on most seafood and chicken breasts.
