
Spicy cajun shrimp, served with tomatoes and green pepper in a creamy sauce with pasta.
Saute vegetables in margarine.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add cream of shrimp soup and simmer for 10 minutes.
Season shrimp with your favorite seasoning blend, preferably a cajun spicy one.
Add shrimp and continue simmering until shrimp are cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti.
Notes:
This recipe works great in a slow cooker.
