Chili Honey-Glazed Salmon

Salmon fillets are simply drizzled with honey, sprinkled with dried garlic granules, Mexican oregano, & chili powder, and then baked.
 

Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 4 6 oz Salmon Filets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • A few grinds of Mixed Peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Mexican Oregano (regular works great)
  • 1-2 tsp Red Chili Powder
 
Method

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with Cooking Spray. Place Salmon filets in baking dish. Drizzle each filet with 1 Tablespoon Honey. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Oregano and Chili Powder. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes (more or less depending on thickness and how you like your salmon.)
