Chipotle pepper sauce adds spice to grilled salmon fillets.

4× 6 oz Fillets Salmon
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
¼ cup Pear Chipotle Grill Sauce
4 Tbsp Green Onions, chopped
3 tsp Brown Sugar
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Sesame Oil
½ tsp Salt


Place salmon filets in a medium, non-porous glass dish. In a separate medium bowl, combine soy sauce, grill sauce, green onions, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil and salt. Whisk together well and pour over the fish. Cover and marinate fish in refrigerator 2-4 hours. Prepare an outdoor grill with coals about 5 inches from grate; lightly oil grates. Grill fillets for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at the thickest part, or until fish just flakes with a fork. Turn over halfway through cooking.

I first tried this dish at a restaurant in southern California and experimented until I could duplicate it on my home grill. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
