Citrus Delicious Salmon

Fast and easy salmon for a weeknight dinner--just cook salmon, garlic, green pepper and lime in a skillet for 15 minutes.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, skinned
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Juice of 3 yellow limes
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut in long slices
  • rock salt
  • 1 Tablespoon low fat butter
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

Cut salmon in three equal parts and place in pan. Add lime juice, garlic, pepper, water, salt (not to much) and let mixture cook for 15 minutes. Cook salmon until juices are absorbed.

 

Notes: This recipe is really healthy.
