A creamy soup with just a bit of spice, loaded with vegetables, fresh cod and crab.
Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Saute onions, celery and garlic until soft and garlic has released its characteristic aroma.
Add cilantro, rosemary and diced potatoes. Cover soup pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add tomato paste, pureed cod and crab. Bring to a quick boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper or cayenne and toasted, cracked coriander seeds.
Notes:
Add fish and crab just before service.
Suggestion: Serve with garlic Italian baguettes.
