Crab and Shrimp Coleslaw

The addition of crab and shrimp to this traditional summer salad adds great flavor and really kicks it up. The honey in the sauce finishes things perfectly.
Ingredients
- 1 bag coleslaw cabbage mix
- 2 medium green onions, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup dungeness crab meat, shell and cartilage removed
- 1 cup salad shrimp
- Sauce:
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar

Method
In a large canning jar, add cabbage mix, cider vinegar, salad oil, mustard and salt. Close tightly and store in fridge overnight. Next day, remove and drain cabbage in a strainer then drain well. Place cabbage mix in a large bowl and add green onions, bell pepper, crab and shrimp then gently toss. Mix ingredients for sauce and add it to coleslaw.
