Crab and Shrimp Pasta Salad

Crab meat, shrimp, celery and shredded hard cooked eggs combine with pasta in a mayonnaise dressing that has citrus juice, dill weed and a touch of catsup.
Ingredients
- 4 cups (after cooking) cooked and chilled pasta (bow ties, spirals, shells, etc.)
- 2 hard cooked eggs, shredded
- 3/4 lb lump crabmeat (don't use imitation crab), chilled
- 1/2 lb cooked medium-size shrimp, chilled
- 2-3 ribs of celery, diced
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp catsup
- 3-4 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- Salt to taste

Method
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and toss lightly. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Pour over the pasta mixture. Toss until well coated. Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving. Serve very cold on lettuce leaves with lemon slices to garnish.
Notes: Absolutely delicious served for either dinner or lunch on the hot days of summer. Add some iced tea and your favorite rolls or crackers to make this a complete meal.
