Crawfish Fettuccine


A yummy casserole with crawfish, celery, bell peppers, and fettuccine pasta. Try it with shrimp if you can't get crawfish.



Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Crawfish tails  
  • 1 8oz pkg. Mexican Velveeta  
  • 1 12oz pkg. fettuccine noodles  
  • 1 pint Half and half  
  • 2 stalks Celery  
  • 1 Green bell pepper  
  • 1/4 C. Green onion bulbs  
  • 1 Clove Garlic  
  • 1 Tsp. Salt  
  • 2 Tsp. olive oil  
  • 1 8oz pkg. Velveeta cheese for topping

Method

Cut celery, pepper, garlic, and onion very fine. Saute in olive oil for about 8-10 minutes. Add crawfish and half and half let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Then add Mexican cheese. Let stand covered. Cook fettuccine and drain. Combine all ingredients in 13x9 baking dish. Top with Velveeta cheese. Bake at 325 Degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
