Elegant Shrimp Stroganoff

Try this creamy shrimp in a sour cream sauce served over fettuccine.

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg(12oz) Fettuccini uncooked  
• 2 TBSP butter or margarine  
• 2 TBSP finely chop onion  
• 1/2 LB fresh shrimp,(peeled&deveined)  1 Can cream of shrimp soup  
• 1/2 Cup milk  
• 1/2 Cup sour cream  
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• salt&pepper to taste

Method

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter. Saute onions till tender; add shrimp and continue cooking till shrimp is done (pink). Blend in milk & soup; heat through. Stir in sour cream & paprika (on low heat) being careful not to burn. Serve over noodles.
