Ginger Shrimp

How simple--just wrap raw shrimp in slices of pickeled ginger and grill. Soak skewers for 60 minutes to avoid charring.

Ingredients:

Sliced Pickled Ginger
20-24 Medium Raw Shimp

Directions:

Wrap ginger around raw shrimp and thread on wood skewers, 5-6 shrimp on each. Place on hot grill until shrimp are pink, about 4 minutes on each side.

Helpful Tips:

You can use frozen shrimp, just make sure it is not already cooked. It will have a ginger bite to it at first, but then as you chew, the flavor of the shrimp comes through and leaves you wanting more.
