
Cooked shrimp are marinated in a mixture of sesame oil, fire oil, liquid smoke, chili garlic sauce and crushed garlic. They are grilled briefly and chilled again to cooled before serving.
Place shrimp in plastic zipper-lock bag and add remaining ingredients, allowing to marinate for 1-2 hours. Light grill to low. Place shrimp in grilling basket or on wire trays. Cook shrimp briefly until the tips of the tails start to blacken. Place back into the fridge to cool. (Do not eat with cocktail sauce! You will not need it.)
