Hot Tuna Buns

This new recipe for an old sandwich adds a little kick with Mexican cheese.

Ingredients:

• 2 can tuna, drained
• 1/4 cup pickle relish
• 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
• 1 cup Mexican cheese
• 1/4 cup celery, chopped
• 4-6 hamburger buns

Method

Mix together ingredients. Spread on hamburger buns and wrap in heavy foil. Heat in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
