Lemon-Garlic Shrimp

Shelled shrimp are skewered and brushed with a mixture of butter, lemon juice and garlic before and after grilling.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, cleaned, peeled, tails left on
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of one small lemon
  • 1 stick 1/2 cup butter, melted

Method

Thread shrimp onto skewers. Combine garlic, lemon juice and melted butter. Divide butter mixture about in half; thoroughly brush shrimp with one half. Place on grill. Cook, turning once, until shrimp are pink and done. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture to serve.
