Lobster Rolls

A New England staple: hoagies with a mixture of mayo, peppers, celery, and succulent lobster meat.
Ingredients
- 1 lb of fresh lobster meat
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cups finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
- 1 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- Ground white pepper
- Toasted hot dog rolls
- Melted butter

Method
In medium size bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, onion, parsley, salt, and hot sauce and pepper to taste. Stir in lobster meat until coated. Brush toasted rolls with melted butter. Serve immediately.
