
Lobster or crabmeat is combined with eggs, mayonnaise, flour and cream for the filling of the pie shell. It's baked with a topper of buttered crumbs.
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Mix first four ingredients. Stir in lobster and a little salt & pepper. Pour into pie shell. Melt butter and stir in breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over crab mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 40-45 minutes. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
