Macaroni Salad

Elbow macaroni is combined with canned tuna, peas, hard cooked eggs, and mayonnaise to make this main dish salad.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 box elbow macaroni
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 1 can tuna fish
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp salt (if desired)

Method

Boil elbow noodles until tender. In separate pot boil eggs for 8-10 mins. Drain noodles; rinse with cold water. Drain tuna. Remove shells from eggs and dice. Add mayo, salt, tuna, and diced egg to pasta. Mix well. (You may add more or less mayo depending on how dry/wet you like it.) Drain peas and fold into mixture, so as not to break the peas. Chill, if desired.

 

Notes: This is very simple and makes a nice amount. Great for BBQ or parties.
