Maple Soy Grilled Salmon


This simple recipe for salmon for two coats the fish fillets with a mixture of maple syrup and soy sauce just before grilling.



Ingredients:

  • 2, 6-oz fresh salmon fillets, skinned
  • 4 oz (grade B) pure Vermont maple syrup
  • 2 oz Lite Kikoman soy sauce

Method

Heat grill. Whisk together maple syrup and soy sauce in bowl. Place salmon in bowl to coat thoroughly. Remove salmon. Grill about 5 minutes per side or until done.
