This shrimp skillet looks as though it's straight from the restaurant kitchen. The bold flavors will have your family and friends very impressed with you. Serve this dish over pasta or rice.

1 lb Peeled, deveined jumbo shrimp, tails intact
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 sliced Chili Pepper
1 stalk Thinly Sliced Celery
¼ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp Paprika
¼ Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce, like tabasco
½ cup Chopped Cilantro


In a bowl, mix the shrimp, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper. Over medium heat, melt butter in a large skillet and add the seasoned shrimp to the pan. Add the tomatoes, chili pepper, lime juice and hot pepper sauce to the pan. Cook until the shrimp is brown. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
