Ms. C's Coddies

These handmade fish and potato sticks are also hand fried. What a way to do comfort food in your own kitchen.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs codfish
- 6 potatoes
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- Pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup green peppers
- 1/2 cup onions
- 2 cups cooking oil

Method
Boil codfish for 1/2 hour. Peel and dice potatoes then boil until tender. Cool codfish and shred with fingers. Mix together with potatoes, parsley, seafood seasoning, green peppers, onions and eggs. Mix and shape into patties. Place oil in frying pan, make sure oil is hot, place coddies in pan, then brown on both sides.
