
A mixture of crab meat, canned vegetables and mushrooms, onion and green pepper is combined with cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. This is placed in the center of phyllo sheets, which is wrapped around the filling.
Mix everything together. Lay out 2 sheets of phyllo dough, being careful not to tear the sheets. Brush some butter between each sheet. Put 1/4th of the mixture in the center of the phyllo dough, then pull the dough from sides, to center so that the mixture is covered. Then brush the top and sides with butter, so that it will stay together and seal in the filling. Repeat to make 3 more bundles. Bake at 350* until deep golden, about 1 hour. (IF YOU WANT TO, YOU CAN PUT CHEESE IN THE MIXTURE FOR A DIFFERENT FLAVOR.)
