Crescent rolls are spread out as one to make a great base for this salmon and cream cheese roll. The Swiss cheese adds a flavorful touch that is perfect.

8 oz Salmon Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp Hot Horseradish
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Dill Weed
2 pkg Crescent Rolls
4 oz Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
4 oz Grated Swiss Cheese
2 Scallions With Green, chopped


In a bowl, combine cream cheese spread, horseradish, lemon juice, and dill weed. Form crescent rolls into large rectangle, closing perforations. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough and top with salmon. Sprinkle Swiss cheese and scallions over salmon. Roll tightly like a jelly roll lengthwise. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice roll into 1/4-inch slices and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
