
This dish combines cooked shrimp and rice with salsa, lime juice and cilantro.
Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes or just until done. Drain. Add shrimp to cooked rice; mix with salsa, lime juice and cilantro. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
