Scallop Casserole

This easy seafood casserole uses "2" measures of everything, which includes sea scallops, butter, crushed rich crackers and milk baked together.

  • Servings: 6

Ingredients:

2 lbs Sea Scallops
2 sticks (1 Cup) Butter
2 Sleeves Ritz Crackers
2 cups Milk

Directions:

Melt butter on stove. Meanwhile cut scallops (if large) in half and put in large mixing bowl. Crush crackers in their sleeves and pour melted butter and crushed crackers into bowl with scallops. Stir until mixed together. Pour into 13x9 pan. Pour the 2 cups of milk all over casserole. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes or until done.

Helpful Tips:

This is a very easy recipe which can easily be cut down for a smaller number of servings.
