Seafood Casserole


A mix of crab, shrimp and tuna combine with cooked vegetables, rice and creamed soups to make this casserole recipe. The entire main dish is topped with buttered bread cubes.



Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery  
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions  
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper  
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup  
  • 1 can celery soup  
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise  
  • Worcestershire sauce (to taste)  
  • 10 oz. canned crab, drained
  • 12 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp, cooked and drained  
  • 1 7 oz. can white tuna, drained
  • 4 slices bread, cubed

Method

Preheat oven at 350. Cook rice as directed and set aside. Saute onion, celery and green pepper in half of the butter. In a very large casserole mix all other ingredients together, except bread and remaining butter. Add cooked rice and vegetables; mix well. Toss together bread cubes and remaining butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake about 30 minutes or until heated. Serve.
