Shrimp Marinade
Shrimp are marinated in a tangy marinade in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled & deveined 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Method
Place shrimp in a plastic bag inside a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over shrimp. Close bag, and place pan in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Drain shrimp and discard marinade. Thread shrimp on long metal skewers. Grill on lightly greased rack of an uncovered grill for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once.
