
Combine shrimp and crab with cooked celery and onion, flour, breading mix, and Old Bay seasoning for these patties. Serve for dinner or as an appetizer.
Melt margarine in frying pan. Add celery and onion to butter and cook until brown. Set aside.
In mixing bowl put crab, shrimp, 1/2 flour, and 1/2 C seafood breader, eggs, seasonings, onions, and celery. Mix well. Make into patties. Mix remaining flour and seafood breader in separate bowl. Dredge patties into flower mixture. Put 1 inch cooking oil into frying pan and heat on medium. When oil is hot, place patties in frying pan and cook until browned.
