These shrimp are very versatile, try them served over brown rice for an entree or serve them up with toothpicks for a tantalizing appetizer.
In a medium bowl, mix oyster sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper and set aside. Saute galic and onion in olive oil. Stir in shrimp and add beer when shrimp have turned orange. Simmer for 3-4 minutes or until bubbles from beer have evaporated. Add oyster sauce mixture. Sprinkle spring onions.
