
Salmon steaks are marinated in orange juice, then grilled.
Marinate the salmon steaks in orange juice for 1 to 2 hours. Drain and discard juice, then lightly brush salmon with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill for 5 minutes each side. Serve immediately.
Notes:
The orange juice can be any brand, any style, but it must be real orange juice. Orange flavored drinks (like Sunny D) won't work.
If using a grill that cooks from both the top and the bottom (like a George Foreman grill), reduce the cooking time to just 5 minutes.
