Smoked Salmon Spread

An elegant appetizer-smoked salmon with cream cheese, mayonaise and dill on party rye bread.
Ingredients
- 3 3 oz packages smoked salmon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of one lemon
- Black pepper
- Party rye bread slices

In a food processor, combine 2 packages (6oz) of salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dill. Stir in lemon juice and pepper. Roughly chop last package of salmon into small pieces and stir in as well. Do not use food processor for this last step to make sure you achieve the correct texture. Serve with rye bread.
Notes: This is a great way to stretch an expensive ingredient to feed a crowd.
