Southwestern Tuna and Noodles


Tuna and Noodles with a Southwestern twist of nacho cheddar cheese soup.



Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can nacho cheddar soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 16 oz noodles, whatever shape you like
  • 1 or 2 cans tuna packed in water

Method

Cook the noodles in boiling water as per package instructions, drain. In the pan you cooked the noodles in, add the remaining ingredients. Pour the noodles back in. You can either heat it on the stove top or put in a oven safe dish and top with your favorite breadcrumb crust. Bake at 375 degrees F until it bubbles, about 20 minutes.

Notes: This has been a favorite family comfort food for years.
