Spicy Halibut with Horseradish Sauce

Halibut filets are seasoned with a savory mix of herbs, grilled and served with a creamy Dijon mustard and horseradish sauce.
Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Halibut:
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 halibut fillets, 6 oz each
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, garlic, horseradish, pepper, and salt. Mix well and set aside. In a small bowl, combine oregano, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and salt. Lightly coat halibut with olive oil and dredge each fillet in the spice mixture. Grill on high heat for about 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with 1/4 cup sauce.
