Spicy Sweet Grilled Mahi Mahi

Healthy seafood is simple--just season, cook on grill for 10 minutes, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 2 mahi mahi steaks
- 2 tbsp seasoned salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
Lay mahi mahi steaks on a piece of foil. Cover with butter, seasoned salt and Creole seasoning then let sit for 10 minutes. Place on grill, with foil, and allow to cook until steaks are white and flaky. Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
