Sushi Style Pasta Salad

Grab your chopsticks and enjoy this pasta salad infused with the flavors and ingredients of sushi.

3 cups Japanese Noodles or Rice Sticks
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
½ cup Soy Sauce
⅓ cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1½ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Wasabi Powder
½ cup Small Shrimp, thawed and rinsed
½ cup Chili Bamboo Shoots
¾ cup Sugarsnap Peas
2 Tbsp Minced /shaved Ginger
⅓ cup Fresh Parsley
½ cup Cherry Tomato Halves
Sesame Seeds, for garnish (optional


In large pot bring water to boil. Turn heat off and soak Japanese noodles or rice sticks for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain water and place noodles in large bowl.

In medium bowl stir vegetable oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and wasabi powder. Add shrimp, bamboo shoots, and peas. Stir until well blended. Pour mixture over noodles and stir until well coated.

Shave ginger and add with parsley into salad. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and gently fold into pasta salad. Garnish with sesame seeds,if desired.
