|5 Tbsp||Chili Powder|
|24-36||Extra Large Shrimp, peeled and cleaned|

Place sugar and chili powder in a gallon resealable bag. Place shrimp in bag and toss. Drizzle oil in a saute pan, add shrimp in pan, and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Serve hot.
