Tilapia is a healthy way to make a taco. What a creation!
Mix dressing, sour cream and lemon juice. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste. Rinse fish and dredge in flour mix. Saute in a nonstick fry pan for 2 minutes on medium high heat. Turn and cook another 2 minutes.
Meanwhile warm tortillas in a damp towel in microwave. Distribute fish and cabbage to each tortilla, drizzle dressing and serve.
