Ingredients:
| 1¾ lb | Fresh Ahi Tuna, diced into ¾" cubes |
| 3 tsp | Salt, divided |
| ⅓ cup | Lemon Juice |
| ¾ cup | Coconut Milk, fresh or canned |
| ½ cup | Minced Onion |
| 2 | Minced Red Chilies or, to taste |
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine tuna and 2 tsp of salt. Refrigerate for 45-60 minutes. Add lemon juice and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Add coconut milk, onion, chilies, and 1/2-1 teaspoon of the remaining salt, to taste.
