|1||Large Can Albacore Tuna, drained|
|½ cup||Diced Onion|
|1 Tbsp||Malt Vinegar|
|2 cups||Jasmine Rice|
In a medium bowl, add tuna, onion, malt vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir well and refrigerate. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, add water. Bring to a boil and add rice. Bring temperature down to a simmer. Cook 8 minutes uncovered, cook 8 minutes covered, then remove from heat. Spoon a generous amount of rice onto plate. Top with refrigerated tuna mixture.
