Tuna Roll

Crescent rolls, topped with sliced cucmber and curry flavored tuna with tomato.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 crescent rolls
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 small to medium tomato, chopped
  • Salt, sugar and white pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp water
  • Cucumber slices

Method

Heat oven per instruction on crescent roll tube, and bake rolls according to directions. Heat olive oil in a medium pan on medium heat. Add garlic, saute for 30 seconds, then add curry powder and paprika for another 30 seconds. Add water, salt, sugar and white pepper to taste. Add tomato and stir for 1 minute. Add drained tuna and saute for 2-3 minutes. Place in a serving bowl to cool while baking rolls. To serve, open the crescent rolls, add a cucmber slice, and add a large spoonful of tuna mixture. Can be served hot or cold.
