A delicious and nutritious way to eat your tuna salad on the run. Just wrap it up in a lettuce leaf and go.
Mix together tuna, vegetables, ginger, parsley, and dill. Place in refrigerator overnight. This will stay fresh if tightly covered for several days.
Mix together sauce.
For each of the four tuna servings, mix in 1 or 2 tsp sauce. Wrap in the lettuce leaf and get walkin'!
Notes:
This sauce makes a wonderful low cal, low carb salad dressing, dip or sauce--and it's simple.
