Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Crabmeat, diced |
| 1 tsp | Black Pepper |
| 1 | Summer Squash, diced |
| 2 Tbsp | Minced Parsley |
| ½ cup | Olive Oil |
| 4 | Tomatoes, diced |
| 1 | Yam, peeled & diced |
Directions:
Simmer everything in a pot of water for 45 minutes, stirring once in a while. To be more authentic, use diced crawfish, if desired.
